Financial Peace University

So, we finally got the government money for the house, and one of my requests was to take a class with Chad.  It's called FPU, or Financial Peace University, it is classes by Dave Ramsey on managing money.  It is a 16 week course and we chose to take it online.  We wanted to go to the actual classes, but arranging babysitting and finding local classes for once a week was a little challenging, whereas if we do the online we can go at our own pace.

We finally watched the first couple lessons and are thoroughly impressed and rather excited to start this adventure and see the change we can make in 16 weeks!  Wish us luck and feel free to join us!

Oh, and here is my reasoning for taking this course, http://moneysavingmom.com/series/saving-100-down-for-a-home?orderby=date&order=ASC.  One of the bloggers I follow was able to saving enough money over 7 years to purchase their home in CASH!! Thanks to Dave Ramsey and his classes, this was all the incentive I've needed!
